Start by checking your recharge and choosing one useful upgrade goal. Early progress is easier to manage when you save resources for the next system you want to unlock instead of spreading them across every option.
Use bronze, silver, and gold monster battles as a reliable solo activity. They let you practice, earn rewards, and see whether your current weapons and castle are ready for a tougher challenge.
Daily tasks can include recharges, monster defeats, weapon upgrades, prestige, player wars, and fort actions. Read them before you play so one action can move several goals forward.
