Part 2: The Ice of Truth
With the brave characters the Star Vessel Orion touched down on the shimmering surface of Blue Energy with a soft hum. Eden and Rond stood in silence for a moment, taking in the strange beauty before them. The ground pulsed faintly beneath their feet, as if the planet itself was breathing. Crystals towered like trees, and the air buzzed with invisible energy.
“It doesn’t feel like Earth,” Eden said quietly.
“It’s not meant to,” Rond replied. “This place holds a different kind of power.”
Before their journey began, the Galactic Council had told them one critical truth: a small, secretive group lived on Blue Energy—guardians of ancient knowledge. These people were rumored to understand the secret power buried deep within the planet’s core. If Eden and Rond hoped to access it, they needed to find them as brave characters
“They live in the Ice Mountains,” Eden recalled. “Far north, hidden beyond the Crystal Plains.”
The journey was not going to be easy. The maps given by the Council were vague, and this was the brothers’ first time on the planet. Every step forward was a leap into the unknown.
As they set out, they found themselves surrounded by strange wildlife and glowing paths. The landscape changed quickly—soft fields became rocky, and then the cold began. A bitter wind swept across the plains as they approached the frozen lands. In the distance, the Ice Mountains shimmered with a ghostly blue light.
“This is where they live?” Rond asked, wrapping his cloak tighter.
“According to the Council. The people who know the truth… they’re here.”
The Ice mountain with brave characters
Climbing the mountains was no easy task. So the slopes were steep, and frost clung to every surface. Eden’s boots crunched on the ice, and Rond’s breath came out in white clouds. But the energy in the air grew stronger with each step.
Finally, they reached a narrow cliff ledge. A stone door was carved into the mountain, almost invisible under the snow. A glowing symbol—matching the one etched into their arms—glowed faintly on its surface.
“It recognizes us,” Eden whispered. The door opened slowly, revealing a warm, blue-lit cavern. Inside, cloaked figures stood waiting. Their eyes shone like crystal. They had been expecting them.
“You are the brave characters,” one of them said in a soft, echoing voice. “Sons of the Light Lineage. We’ve waited a long time for your arrival.”
Eden and Rond exchanged a glance. The journey had just begun, but they were no longer walking blind. Answers were close—buried in the ice and guarded by those who held the truth. But with each answer would come new tests. The power they sought would not be handed to them. It had to be earned.
