The light of the power Part 4 (blue energy)

Shadows That Follow

(the blue energy has been actively)

Far above the Ice Mountains, a dark rift tore through the sky—silent but deadly. Out of it stepped three cloaked figures, their eyes glowing red, their presence draining light from the air itself. They were the Seekers of the Vague Force, sent to stop Eden and Rond before they could reach the Core Temple.

“They have entered the planet’s favor,” the leader hissed, voice like broken glass. “If they reach the source, the balance will shift.”

Another Seeker bowed. “Then we tear the balance apart.”

Meanwhile, Eden and Rond raced through narrow ice corridors, guided by Serai’s final words. The path toward the Core Temple was hidden beneath a frozen lake, accessible only through a collapse triggered by the Mirror Spring’s awakening.

As they reached the clearing, a deep creaking echoed from beneath their feet. The ice trembled, then gave way. Eden and Rond fell through into a vast tunnel lit with pulsating veins of blue light.

“This is it,” Rond breathed. “We’re close.”

But even as hope surged, they felt it—an unnatural cold creeping in, different from the planet’s energy. A chill of pure malice.

“They’re here,” Eden said sharply, spinning around.

The three Seekers emerged from the shadows, cloaks billowing as if alive. The lead figure pointed a long, black staff at them. “You carry power (blue energy) not meant for your kind. Give it up, or be destroyed.”

“We were chosen,” Rond growled. “You weren’t.”

“You were warned,” the Seeker sneered, and hurled a blast of dark energy.

Eden jumped forward, shielding them both. His aura flared with silver light, deflecting the attack. The ice cracked beneath the force.

The battle began.(Blue energy)

After that Rond charged, his fists burning with blue fire. He struck one of the Seekers head-on, sending him flying into a wall of crystal. Eden clashed with the leader, their powers colliding in bursts of light and shadow.

“You don’t understand what you’re protecting,” the Seeker snarled. “The power will consume you.”

“No,” Eden replied, breathing heavily. “It will strengthen us—because we fight for something real.”

With each strike, the brothers pushed their limits. The glow from their arms—symbols of the Light Lineage—grew brighter. But so did the darkness around them.

Rond stumbled, nearly caught by a blast of shadow. Eden leapt in, covering him again.

“We can’t hold them here,” Rond said through gritted teeth. “We need the Core Temple.”

Eden nodded. “Then we move—together.”

Summoning their last burst of strength, they forced the Seekers back with a double wave of energy, enough to scatter the enemies for just a moment. It was all they needed.

They turned and ran deeper into the tunnel, toward the final chamber—the source of Blue Energy, where destiny awaited.

Behind them, the Seekers howled in fury, but did not follow.

Not yet.

They knew what came next would test the brothers more than any battle.

The planet would judge them.

And only the bravest characters would survive with this blue energy that power.
