Blood Cloud (humble brave girl) part 3

(Vampire Story – Part Three, Mary: humble brave girl)

It was midnight. Mary quietly headed to the kitchen for a glass of water when a strange noise caught her attention. It came from outside. She cautiously approached the window and peeked out.

Her heart stopped.

There was someone outside… dragging a man. As she squinted in the darkness, her eyes widened in horror—the figure bent over the man and began sucking his blood.

A real-life vampire.

Terrified, Mary stumbled backward. Her breath quickened. “I must be imagining things… No way that was real. No one would be outside at this hour doing something like that. It must’ve been my imagination.”

🌒 The Next Morning – September 7th

(humble brave girl)

Determined, Mary dressed quickly and rushed to the place she had seen the scene last night.

What she found made her freeze in place.

Blood. So much blood. It soaked the ground. Her feet felt too heavy to move, and her heart pounded violently. She covered her mouth to stop herself from screaming. It was too early for anyone else to be around.

She backed away slowly, her eyes fixed on the red-stained ground, then ran toward school without looking back.

When Mary arrived, she was pale and breathless. Yuni noticed immediately.

“Mary… why are you so late? You look awful. What happened?” Yuni asked with growing concern.

Mary’s eyes shimmered with fear. “I don’t know, Yuni… I really don’t.”

“Come, sit down and tell me everything,” Yuni said, leading her away.

Mary recounted everything. The strange sound. The figure. The blood.

Yuni’s eyes widened. “Oh my God… Someone sucking blood? That sounds like a vampire story!”

Mary nodded. “Exactly what I thought. Do you remember what we talked about before… about vampires?”

Yuni hesitated. “Those were just rumors.”

“But what if they weren’t? What if this vampire story is real?”

“Mary, come on. Maybe it was a stray dog eating something… it was dark. You couldn’t have seen clearly. And there was no body, right?”

“Yes, but I saw someone. A person. Maybe they hid the body afterward. Besides, vampires don’t kill—at least not immediately. They just drain blood.”

Yuni whispered, “If they take too much blood and help doesn’t arrive in time… people die.”

“Exactly,” Mary replied. “Maybe he fainted and was taken to a hospital.”

Yuni sighed. “Let’s not jump to conclusions. Just try to forget about it for now.”

Mary nodded. “You’re right… Oh! I need to go see Kayo.”

Back to school (humble brave girl)

Mary searched the school for Kayo. “I can’t find him anywhere…”

“I’m right here, clumsy maid.(whispered with himself” humble brave girl ) Why are you late ?” Kayo sneered.

Mary frowned. “I’m sorry, I got to school late.”

“You’d better be careful. One more mistake, and you’ll serve me another day.”

Mary rolled her eyes. “I wasn’t that late.”

“Doesn’t matter,” he said coolly. “Today, you’ll be with me all day. Follow my every order. Disobey, and I’ll add more days.”

Mary sighed. “Fine. I understand.”

“Now go to class. Meet me at break—don’t be lat

During Break

“Go buy my breakfast. I’m hungry,” Kayo said.

“Okay…” Mary replied.

“And water too. I’m thirsty.”

“…Alright.”

This vampire story was getting weirder. Kayo was treating her like a servant.

At the second break:

“I haven’t eaten anything yet,” Mary muttered.

“Then solve my homework. Then you can eat,” Kayo replied.

Mary blinked. “Are you serious?”

“Why not?” he smirked.

“You’re in second year! I’m just a first-year!”

He leaned closer. “You put yourself here. Don’t forget your promise.”

“Fine… but I don’t even know the lesson.”

“Then go ask my classmates. Learn it.”

Mary walked into Kayo’s classroom.

“Can someone help me with this lesson?” she asked shyly.

Students laughed.

“Isn’t she Kayo’s maid?” one girl said.

“I’m not his maid!” Mary protested. “Just helping him today.”

One boy stepped forward, offering his hand. “I’m Sui. Kayo’s friend. I’ll help.”

Relieved, Mary smiled. “Thank you… I’m Mary.”

They sat, and Sui patiently explained the lesson.

Later, Mary returned to Kayo with the finished homework.

“Good job,” Kayo said. “But you’re not done yet.”

Mary thought: He didn’t even say thank you…

“You’re coming with me after school,” he continued. “To carry my things. You were late this morning. No complaints.”

“…Fine,” Mary muttered, barely hiding her irritation.

As she walked back to class, her thoughts swirled with confusion—and fear.

This wasn’t just school drama anymore. It felt like she was being drawn deeper… into a real vampire story , follow the adventure with Mary: humble brave girl.
